Liverpool have announced that German youngster Christopher Buchtmann has joined Fulham.
The left-back joined the Academy in 2008 from Borussia Dortmund and was a pivotal part of the side that reached the FA Youth Cup final last season.
He was named among UEFA’s top 10 stars of the future in May 2009 and made the move to train full-time at Melwood last summer.
He also featured for Germany when they won the UEFA U17 European Championship last year.
